CHAP enrollment for health insurance will be open from November 1 through January 15, 2022 to help you gain access to the right insurance plan.

The Community Healthcare Access Program (CHAP) & UWM Norris Health Center is here to connect city of Milwaukee residents who seek support applying for effective health insurance coverage.
